Innovation Magician and Lead Brand Warrior
Leading her fellow Brand Warriors into battle against a life without meaning, Chantel thrives on delivering passion and purpose by designing value and connection into every experience involving individuals, customers, employees or corporations. Using her background in business economics, computer sciences, customer experience design, coaching, public speaking, e-commerce and strategy, she brings revolutionary originality and EQ to brands and businesses.
In addition to a number of social projects, Chantel lives out her passion for people as a certified Virtual Facilitator, Customer Experience Professional, Laughter Yoga and Lego Serious Play facilitator.
Consumer Anthropologist and Authenticity Champion
Having embarked upon a quest to put the heart back into business with his life partner Chantel back in 2012, Johan is obsessed with levelling the playing field for customers and employees. When not overseeing the day-to-day running of BrandLove as Managing Partner, Johan designs intuitive interventions and experiences that ignite purpose and create trust between brands and people.
Johan’s passions include photography, which he practices daily, as well as cooking and winemaking.

With over 15 years’ experience across multiple design disciplines, Anna thrives on creatively connecting the dots and finding simple and actionable solutions to complex problems, whilst having some fun along the way. With her roots in visual arts and information design, Anna’s career journey has included the roles of designer, creative director, business owner and manager.
Driven by a genuine fascination with the way people interact with the world around them, Anna uses her project, relationship and financial management, critical analysis, communication, innovation and leadership skills to solve human problems that matter to real people, and will have a lasting positive impact – not just on the bottom line but on their quality of life.
Experience Architect and Prophet for Purpose
Combining her dry unique humour with her skills in marketing, corporate communications, coaching and facilitation, Mareli expertly designs meaningful customer and employee journeys that inspire and unite people and brands. Using her knowledge on consumer neuroscience and the fundamentals of organisational relationship systems, she builds substance and significance into human-to-human, brand-to-customer, and brand-to-employee relationships.
A true life-enthusiast, Mareli embraces riding a motorcycle and facilitating Laughter Yoga on her quest to make the world a more honest, open and passionate place.
